DISH UP: Herbal Gin + Tonic

Here, a fresh take on a classic cocktail.

Herbal Gin + Tonic

Sprig of Mint
Sprig of Lemon Verbena
3 thin slices of Cucumber
Wedge of Lime

Chill glass in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Add Ice Cubes.

Pour one part of your favourite gin to 3 parts your favourite tonic.

Add the mint, lemon verbena, and cucumber and stir.

Put lime wedge on the glass and serve immediately.
