Authentic Greek Cooking at Home: Yemista Greek Stuffed Tomatoes and Peppers

Get ready to be transported to Greece from the comfort of your kitchen. We joined hotelier and caterer Suzanna Blake-Lane Spiliopoulou in Olympia, Greece, where she shared her authentic Greek recipe for Yemista stuffed tomatoes and peppers. Yemista (Greek for “stuffed” or “filled”) is a healthy, vibrant summer dish of garden fresh vegetables filled with a mixture of rice, herbs, and vegetables, and baked in a rich tomato and olive oil sauce.

So, gather your ingredients – including some good Greek virgin olive oil! Then follow this cook-along and learn Suzanna’s authentic Greek recipe using simple ingredients and an easy-does-it approach. Yamas!
